Children aged 3-5 were asked how they would imagine distant planets. The Tycho Brahe Planetarium in Copenhagen, Evans & Sutherland and I listened and tried our best to realize their ideas as panoramic images in a fulldome show for children.

Getting the best out of each software
Rendered using Unreal Engine 5's procedural content generation tools for virtual worlds as well as Blender's ability to create volumes from meshes. The former doesn't yet have the ability to render panoramas with transparency values, so I rendered out parts and stitched them together in Photoshop to create a seamless image with a 360-degree view around each planet.
